Usually, yes. However, we advice you to inform your Account Manager in advance in order to avoid unnecessary delays, queuing and pre-clearance procedures on your route or any other issues that might come up from time to time.
What is the minimum lead-time for you to source a charter for me?
In most cases, Dela World Charter can organize an air charter within 2 hours of your request, but sometimes it may take slightly longer depending on the specific route and the aircraft locations. From the moment you submit your request, our staff will work tirelessly on your requirements and get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I change my flight’s departure time once the flight is booked?
This is usually not an issue, and we will do everything it takes in order to match your schedule and requirements at all times. At fly global Charter we understand the importance of your schedule and that flights need to be booked around it, not otherwise.
Can I take a wheelchair on board a private jet?
This depends on the aircraft, but your Account Manager will ensure an appropriate jet is chartered for your requirements.
How do I know the recommended aircraft is safe?
Fly Global only works with the qualified operators that have all the necessary licenses and permits to conduct commercial transportation. We only offer aircraft that have passed safety standards of the state of the operator. All our organized flights will depart only after an approved check list has been completed.
When will I meet the crew and pilots?
You shall be greeted either at the Fixed Base Operator (FBO) or at the aircraft’s steps upon arrival, ensuring a seamless welcome to your private jet experience.
What happens upon reaching the airport?
Depending on the respective airport and the situation at that time, you will either be driven to the aircraft via the security and customs or you may need to get off at the Fixed Base Operator (FBO) and go through the security check.
